Bad, true reflection of the service

If I could rate zero stars I would. I have never been able to log into my account with this application, it opens and crashes/hard closes every time.
Tried closing, removing and reinstalling but nothing seems to work. Obviously this was never properly tested before releasing. Given that telecoms are a 2 horse race here in UAE there is definitely no drive to enhance the customer experience.
