I was very disappointed after upgrading my phone 6 plus to iOS 10 and downloading the app to find that it is not working at all ..

apps is great but needs regular updates ! always problem with payment transactions!!

Several glitches require heavy testing and repairs.

Slow, stupid, and efficient. Just like Du itself.

Not the best user experience. Payments take time to reflect.

The app is not working .. sometime only i can pay my bill and sometime its said ( ERROR ) !!!

You cannot pay each account individually . Its a disaster when there is multiple numbers to the same account . You have to sort it out yourself how much each member should pay. you cannot easily change between credit cards or pay with a new one

This app makes payment easy ... keeping track of usage of your package also very easy.

Seems like an excellent well thought through APP. I like to graphics - easy to read and useful.

Have been using it for as long as I have had my number. The information is to the point and easy to visualize. Some options are not accessible and require full website access but I can live with that.

1. No option to make the payment for amounts in decimal. 2. Not optimized for iPhone 5.5" screen

I dont know where are the negative reviews coming from, I think its a fantastic app and I never had any issues with it.

Its convenient !!!! I pay my bill and keep up with my usage through this app. Made an appointment for the store also.

This app is not compatible with iOS8? It keeps crashing and it doesnt open.

Terrible. App crashes when I try to check data usage.

Like a most of arabic apps- very strange and full of errors. So, I just can see my profile using this app, but I cant see or pay my bills. Absolutely useless. It is shameful for provider like DU to have so inferior application. Zero stars!

The app has stopped working. After few seconds it closes by itself.
