Within the app when you browse some sections it will pop up with, do you want to download the app, how foolish Half the pages get cut for eg wand o see handsets iPhone 4S it will cut half the table for the plans available
This app is simply awful in every possible way. So primitive. UNINSTALL!
Crashing, cheap developer
I used it only once, at the moment is still crashing.

This app will be very useful only if it is updated and this crashing bug is fixed. So plz dev team, Either update this app or remove it from app store It is very outdated.
If I could rate zero stars I would. I have never been able to log into my account with this application, it opens and crashes/hard closes every time. Tried closing, removing and reinstalling but nothing seems to work. Obviously this was never properly tested before releasing. Given that telecoms are a 2 horse race here in UAE there is definitely no drive to enhance the customer experience.

It isnt an app. Its basically a du themed browser that opens the exact page of du mobile page based on your selection. Disappointing. Everytime youve to login.
du needs to understand that putting the website in an app is NOT an app. Time to market is important but disappointing your customers is more important and more damaging in the long run. At least offer the ability to log in with your account natively in the app rather than asking us to log in every time. If I wanted to do that, I can just use your website which is quicker!
Du has a decent network, but there customer support is lacking at best. This so called "App" is a perfect example of their lack of desire to actually provide service to their customers.
Keep crashing
Feels like some low budget app without any usability. Data response even on DU network is slow. Please spend some money and hire a professional app developer not a kid !
