Crashes all the time

Was a good app but since I switched to iPhone 6 I was not able to use it.

Does not open anymore!!!

This app is not working and never worked with me !!! Please do something !

Just bookmark the self service URL and at least Safari should be able to store your user/pass. Like others have mentioned its just a web interface which doesnt bother me so much as that you have to put your credentials every time. Save yourself the space of the icon and make a Bookmark. Du should really try harder.

Worthless app. Made by an amateur (not to mention nationality) engineer. Keeps crashing! You need to start fixing things cause you are loosing customers. Listen to your customers feedback and start taking actions!

The app crashes every time i try to login

Since DU is one of the two major ISPs in UAE I was expecting a decent app but this was terrible, no iPhone 6 support - crashes when I open the app It was more of a pop up webpage than an app anyway - horrible The DU people should look at UAEs excellent DEWA app and learn a thing or two.

The app is not opening after the update! Im using iOS version 7.0.4 ?! Any help or bug fixing maybe.

Hi have had nothing but nightmares with Du from day one. I will immediately change my number to Etisalat. I was warned by work colleagues, but as the Du store was closer to my new home, decided to give it a try. In all my years of using a call phone I have never regretted anything more. No possible benefit you can think of can outweigh the huge negatives of this provider. CHOOSE ETISALAT! You have been warned.

This app is absolutely useless. I would LOVE to use this to pay for my du bills instead of dragging myself to the end of the world just for a 5 minute transaction. If you could be so kind to allow me to login without claiming my details are wrong that would be great. If my details are wrong and you would like to send me a text on how to fix it, making sure the server works in order to help would also be great. Thank god my mobile is etisalat #foreverteamEtisalat

The app works well, but it look outdated, doesnt go well with iOS 9 theme

Very good app, the only thing is missing is we cannot edit add/remove the bank cards in account settings.

I had this app on my iPhone I could never use it as it never opened so I Del it now I downloaded it on my iPad I put in all details then it says system error... Finally I reached the pay option n then system error again!! Such a waste of time. Its been 40 min Im trying to make my payment

Never able to login... It works before you add login details. Once you put in login details... Thats it... You cant launch it again... Crashes during launch... Waste of time
